Cancellation Policy
✨ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:
✅ Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your appointment. This deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo or PMU service.
✅ Cancellation Notice
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Notice given less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
✅ No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice (no-call, no-show), you will forfeit your deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to rebook.
✅ Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
✅ Rescheduling
If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date one time. Further reschedules may require a new deposit.
✅ Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you fairly.
